Turn Card is a story-led content and production company founded by Courtney and Audra Smith, built on decades of experience in unscripted television.

We came up in television where story, pressure and production all collide at once. We were both part of the launch team behind Undercover Boss, with Courtney also working on large-scale shows like Wipeout and Audra bringing experience from Wife Swap and later the network side as an executive at A&E.

Those years taught us how to find the story, work with real people, manage complexity, and make smart decisions when there isn’t always a second chance to get it right.

Today, we bring those instincts to brands, agencies and organizations through enterprise storytelling, branded entertainment and ongoing content partnerships.

Sometimes we lead the entire process from idea through delivery. Sometimes we plug into an existing creative or agency team. Either way, the goal is the same: make compelling work, solve problems quickly, and execute at a high level.
